Engadine Cycles was established in the mid eighties as a small family owned business. The same experienced staff still endeavour to provide the highest quality service to you, our customers. We carry a full range of bikes, scooters and accessories to suit men, women, and children of all ages.
Our workshop has a high reputation and provides full facilities, with all our work covered by our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. All repairs are ready to be picked up on the same, or next working day. Our chief mechanic has 26 years experience wih us.
Every bicycle is taken for a Test Ride to ensure no further problems exist.
We are agents for the following Bicycle and Scooter Brands:
GT, Felt, Jamis, Shogun, Cheetah, Fuji, SE Bikes, Turbo, Sonar, BulletProof, Razor, Madd Gear,Grit,JD Bug,Blunt
We accept all major credit cards and provide a 3 month LAY BY Service.
Extended X'mas LAY BY's begin from the end of June.
Diners Card attracts a 2.5% surcharge

Lay By Terms and Conditions
TERMS:

A minimum deposit of 10% is required to commence a Lay By.

Terms are generally 3 months, but can be extended on mutual agreement.

Christmas Lay By's can be commenced from the 1st July each year.
- Payments can be made as often as you like, provided at least one payment is made each month.

A cancellation fee of 10% applies to all Lay By's unless mutually agreed.
- A Lay By is forfeited if no payment is made over a 90 day period.
- Parental approval is required to commence a Lay By for persons under the age of 16.
Returns
- You must advise Engadine Cycles within 7 days of purchase.
- The goods must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
- Goods must be in original packaging and not opened, used or damaged.
- No refund will be given to goods that are special orders or items not in stock.
- Goods will not be accepted for return because of a customers incorrect choice.
- A restocking fee of 20% applies to all returns where the item is not faulty.
